Membership

Registration: To use the services offered by mySCREEN.direct, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Account Safety: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. mySCREEN.direct cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.

User Content Purchases

Content Ownership: When you purchase content labeled as "Own it Forever", you gain perpetual access to the content. For content rented, the access will be granted for a specific time period mentioned at the time of purchase.

Content Usage: The content available through mySCREEN.direct is for your personal and non-commercial use only. mySCREEN.direct grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content on mySCREEN.direct.

Fair Use Policy

We reserve the right to monitor and investigate any activity on our platform and to suspend or terminate access in response to a violation of these terms.

Single User Access: The content purchased or rented on mySCREEN.direct is for single user access only. This means that the content is for your personal and non-commercial use, and is not to be shared with others.

Non-Transferability: The right to view the content is non-transferable. The sharing of access credentials, including links, usernames, and passwords, is strictly prohibited.

Suspicious Activity: Any indication of suspicious activity, such as unauthorized sharing or simultaneous access from multiple IP addresses, may result in immediate temporary or permanent suspension of your access to the content and mySCREEN.direct services. Content Creators

Content Submission: By submitting your content to mySCREEN.direct, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute your content.

Revenue Share: Revenue share will be negotiated on a project-by-project basis. The specific details will be provided to you when your project is accepted.

Payouts: Revenue will be paid out on a monthly basis where an agreed cumulative balance has been met.

Fees: For smaller projects, we may ask for a small setup fee. This fee can be waived for larger, higher earning projects, or the revenue share can be adjusted to compensate.

Payment and Refunds

Payment Method: All transactions on mySCREEN.direct are processed via PayPal. You must have a valid PayPal account to purchase or rent content. By providing a PayPal account, you expressly give us permission to charge the fees for the content you choose to your PayPal account.

Refunds: Due to the nature of digital content, mySCREEN.direct cannot provide refunds for any purchase or rental once the content has been viewed. It's important to ensure that you're confident in your decision before finalizing your purchase or rental. If you encounter technical issues that prevent you from accessing your purchased or rented content, please contact our support team for assistance. We'll strive to resolve your issue promptly.

General Terms
